Hello Eric,
I’ve always rated your composition “Honest Men”. And I would love to hear it live again. Could you tell me what was your inspiration; what was the driver behind this track?

the inspiration was that there’s too much corruption and dishonesty in our public figures…even the honest ones still bend the rules…look at you latest scandal in the UK, all the MP’s, not just one party, all of them, seem to have been taking a bit too much from the public funds…it’s outrageous…especially in these difficult time…doesn’t do much to add to the public confidence in government…but that’s what the song was about…and I was thinking about it when our elections were coming around…I think Obama was a breath of fresh air in government, and he’s now having to bend his ideals to the realities of governing..i still think he’s a game changing leader….

Hello eric
I’m a huge fan of yours and really enjoy the live gigs the albert hall being my favourite one in 1999 ,but I watched the reno dvd recently and you played a grand piano on some of the songs which really upped the performance, I’ve booked to watch the dartford ,tunbridge wells and croydon gigs any chance of the grand piano or are venues to small ,I love the tracks all fall down and a million lights real catchy tunes .

Hi Eric! I was listening to your Model Citizen and Perpetual Light records with my daughter the other day. I’ve always rated your songwriting. In particular Honest Men and Love or Money. I was wondering whether you have any of your own ’stuff’ to release again or if you’ve composed some new material for The Orchestra? Regards, Keith

Did you get the most recent Orchestra CD? NO REWIND? That’s got some good stuff on it….and i am working on a lot of new stuff….right now…hopefully the band can do so recording soon…time, time time…where does it all go?
